What is Remote Hands?
Sometimes known as Smart Hands, Remote hands are the ability to use our team to service and run testing on your equipment, without having to be on-site. Think of it as an extension to your own IT support team, just not in your office!
What tasks can we do?
We can complete basic testing on your environment, to more advanced task such as installing new equipment, upgrading equipment and decommissioning equipment, troubleshooting and replacement of parts, Install cable runs in fibre and copper, these can also be cross connects and patch panels.
We can offer more bespoke tasks that are unique to your companies needs.

Its simple, you can raise a request through many methods, you can send us an email from an approved requester to our support email or raise it in our customer portal.
